Once a commission inquiry or proposal is approved, payment details will be discussed, and the first payment is required before starting the commission.
Panic at 3AM Studio have the right to choose from the following payment options:
Panic at 3AM Studio only accepts PayPal as payment.
Both the client and Panic at 3AM Studio must maintain communication throughout the commission process. If the client fails to respond within 7 business days, the commission will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. If the studio does fails to respond to the client at all after 7 business days. A 100 % refund will be given
Commissions that have not been started within 31 business days, can be refunded. For partially completed artwork. No refunds will be given for partially/complete work.
The client must provide all required materials, criteria, and specifications at the initial consultation. Any minor adjustments made once the work has started may result in an additional fee, while major changes will be charged as decided by the studio. The client will cover any costs associated with major revisions.
Clients must communicate the studio to resolve issues before requesting a refund or chargeback. Filing a chargeback forfeits the client’s rights to the artwork, and the studio may use it as they wish.
Panic at 3AM Studio have the right to charge extra fees for taxes, add-ons, or increased complexity.
